Terms of Service

1. The Agreement

By accessing PRISIM, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

2. Subscriptions & Trials

PRISIM offers an "Individual Educator" tier which includes:

  • 7-Day Free Trial: All new users are eligible for a one-time 7-day trial. You will not be charged until the end of the 7th day.
  • Automatic Conversion: After the trial ends, your account will convert to a paid subscription at $49 AUD per month.
  • Cancellations: You can cancel your trial or subscription at any time via your user dashboard.

3. Usage Limits

To maintain system performance and stability, we enforce a strict limit of 1,000 AI generations per month for math diagrams. Unused generations do not roll over to the next billing cycle.

4. Intellectual Property

Ownership of content is divided as follows:

  • Your Output: You own the final rendered outputs (e.g., JPEG, PNG, SVG, or MP4 files) generated through PRISIM for use in your educational materials.
  • Our Engine: We (PRISIM) own the underlying technology, n8n workflows, Manim integration logic, and the "Atelier" design system. You may not reverse-engineer or extract the underlying model instructions.

5. Misuse

PRISIM is designed for educational purposes. Automated scraping, commercial reselling of the generation engine, or any attempt to bypass rate limits will result in immediate termination of your account.
