• Identity & Authentication: We use Clerk to handle user accounts. This includes your name, email address, and profile picture.
• Payment Data: We use Stripe for all financial transactions. We do not store your credit card details on our servers; Stripe handles these securely.
• Technical Data: Our database is hosted on Supabase, where we store your generation history, usage quotas, and account preferences.

3. How We Use Data

Your information is used solely to:

• Provide access to the PRISIM Atelier and your personal workspace.
• Process subscription payments and manage the 7-day free trial.
• Enforce the 1,000 monthly generation limit.
• Communicate critical service updates or respond to support queries.

4. Security

We leverage industry-standard security through Clerk and Stripe to ensure your data is encrypted and protected. All database interactions are managed via secure Supabase instances using server-side validation.

5. Compliance

As a NSW-based entity, we comply with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
